Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Become a product expert : Through our training program, you'll gain a thorough understanding of our products and their value proposition, enabling you to confidently engage with potential clients.
- Build customer relationships : You'll develop strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that address their specific challenges.
- Craft and deliver winning sales pitches : Develop persuasive sales presentations tailored to each customer, effectively highlighting product benefits and driving conversions.
- Master video conferencing : Confidently present and engage with potential clients through video calls, building rapport and fostering trust.
- Utilize sales technology : Effectively leverage CRM and cloud telephony tools to streamline your sales process, manage leads, and track progress towards targets.
- Exceed sales goals : You'll be assigned achievable sales targets and receive ongoing support to ensure you consistently meet and exceed expectations.
Desired Skills :
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English, with the ability to converse in Tamil and Telugu (a plus).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills, with a passion for driving sales and achieving ambitious targets.
- A genuine interest in marketing and business development, with a drive to build long-term client relationships.
- A strong execution orientation, with the ability to take initiative, manage your time effectively, and achieve results.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and a willingness to learn new sales technologies (CRM, cloud telephony).
Academic Qualifications :
Any graduation or postgraduation (preferred).
