FACE Prep - Lead Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns designed to educate, engage, and qualify leads, moving them further down the sales funnel.

Lead Communication: Proactively reach out to qualified leads through phone calls, emails, or other channels to answer their questions, address their concerns, and build rapport.

Sales Qualification: Collaborate with the sales team to further qualify leads and identify those who are sales-ready, ensuring efficient use of sales resources.

Opportunity Management: Champion qualified leads through the sales process, providing ongoing support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand lead needs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize lead conversion strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation or postgraduation in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in lead nurturing, sales development, or a similar customer-facing role.

Proven track record of successfully converting leads into customers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.

Strong understanding of the sales funnel and customer buying journey.

Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (a plus).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
