Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Management Associate located in Coimbatore.

- The Lead Management Associate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end lead management process, including lead generation, lead qualification, lead nurturing, and maintaining the lead database.

- The Lead Management Associate will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

Qualifications:

- Graduation or postgraduation or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Prior experience in lead management, CRM tools, and sales support

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Highly motivated and target-driven

- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
