Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as online research, social media outreach, and email marketing, to identify and attract potential customers.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority to ensure they are a good fit for our products or services.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to educate and engage qualified leads, moving them further down the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and up-to-date lead data, ensuring efficient lead tracking and communication.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies, track campaign performance, and optimize lead conversion rates.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports that provide insights into lead generation activities and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation or postgraduation in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, lead management, or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a leading CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
Experience in the education or training industry (a plus)
