About the Role:
FACE Prep is seeking a driven and articulate Business Development Associate to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and acquiring new clients across South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of FACE Prep's products and value proposition through comprehensive training.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients within the designated South Indian region.
- Effectively leverage CRM and cloud telephony tools to manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English, Tamil, and Telugu.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure client buy-in.
- Passion for marketing and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM and cloud telephony software is a plus.
Academic Qualifications:
Any Graduation or post-graduation (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field).
