FableStreet.com - Head - Marketing

FableStreet is looking for an experienced professional to lead marketing efforts for our venture in women's work-wear space. The person should be a self-starter and should be able to take full ownership of entire marketing effort for the venture.

The venture will offer significant growth potential along with tremendous learning opportunity and exposure across all facets of business. The person should have a good understanding of various business functions (beyond marketing), along with a strong exposure to start-up world.

Purpose of the Job :

- Define the overall marketing strategy and ensure all communication and marketing activities are aligned to that

- Design, implement and manage online and offline marketing programs, focusing on building awareness and customer acquisition

- Drive tactical planning, promotional calendar, creative project timelines and content creation and deployment across key channels

- Own Business plan for sales channels - both topline and bottom line, along with planning and budgeting

- Ensuring unit economics profitability after user acquisition costs (key KRA of the role)

Key Skills :

- Strong expertise and understanding of all type of branding / marketing campaigns - offline and onlline. Very good understanding of non-paid marketing techniques

- Deep knowledge of Social Media Marketing (especially Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, Google Ad words and other PPC campaigns etc.

- Expertise in data-driven marketing. Ability to analyze complex data sets

- Strong analytical skills and expertise in measuring RoI across various marketing channels

Must haves :

- Atleast 5 years of hands-on experience in branding & marketing. Atleast 3 years in Online marketing

- Excellent understanding of internet-related technologies and the e-commerce marketplace

- Good networks in branding / marketing / PR space

- Strong communication skills and a passion for apparel / fashion
