Head - Branding - FableStreet - Women's Apparel Brand
FableStreet is looking for a sharp, creative and high-on-energy person to head branding for our venture in women's work-wear space. The person should be a self-starter and should be able to take full ownership of entire branding effort for the venture.
The venture will offer significant growth potential along with tremendous learning opportunity and exposure across all facets of business.
Purpose of the Job :
- Define the overall brand strategy and positioning and ensure all communication and marketing activities are aligned to that
- Understand the target audience and build a strong brand connect, through ATL & BTL campaigns and partnership
- Drive marketing efforts, amplify on-ground activities & generate buzz through PR strategies
- Understand key business metrics to drive, dive deep on root causes & address relevant opportunities/weakness through innovative marketing programs.
- Industry landscape assessment and competitor analysis, along with monitoring brand health and brand share
Must haves :
- Atleast 5 years in branding, preferably with an e-Commerce player
- Proven track record of building consumer brand(s), along with good networks in marketing / branding / PR space
- Strong expertise and understanding of all type of online and offline marketing campaigns
- Strong communication skills
Good to haves :
- Passion for apparel and fashion is a big plus
- Candidates from premier institutes will be preferred
