Key responsibilities :
- Work with team/ founders to drive campaigns and initiatives for meeting company's growth objectives
- Develop, manage & build relationships with key marketing partners and agencies
- Drive growth through various online marketing channels such as OTAs (Makemytrip/ GoIbibo/ Booking.com/ TripAdvisor etc.), social media, CRM/ emails, retargeting, partnerships/ alliances
- Use an analytical approach at all times to drive best performance on marketing spend
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
Requirements :
- Engineering or business/ commerce degree from a reputed college/ university
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Work experience of 1-3 years in a leading analytics/ consulting/ strategy/ business role
