What you'll do: - Handle receivable process for PAN India key accounts - Handle team of 8-9 members to drive on-time billing & invoicing for client payments - Coordinate with the sales team on recovery targets & revenue pendency - Develop new programs and SOPs to streamline account receivable team efficiency & operations - Work with the product team in the implementation of new programs and product requirements What you'll need: - 3+ Years of experience with a high growth startup is preferable - Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. - Clear thinking and logical with an ability to deal with ambiguity. - Skills in ROI optimization, advanced analytics, creative and critical thinking. - Fluent written and verbal communication skills will be a plus. - Should have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL
