Responsibilities:

- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.

- Use data, customer insights, feedback, journey mapping and customer-centric thinking to deeply understand the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage.

- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, marketing ops and creative to meet ambitious growth targets

- Ideate, build & execute consumer lifecycle programs to drive retention, reactivation, engagement and onboarding with a focus on Conversions, LTV & repeat purchases.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience, preferably in growth / product marketing in tech, consulting

- Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch

- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in SQL will be a plus.

- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
