Job Role: - Responsible for Data Preparation (Sourcing, Acquisition and Integration) - Owning data warehousing and managing BI governance - Reporting, analytics and data exploration - Responsible for advanced and predictive analytics - GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) aspects of BI and data management - Managing business projects and driving productivity What do we need? - 3-4 years of consulting plus start up experience - Hands on experience in Project Management and execution - Experience in Big Data will be an added advantage - Clear understanding and buy in into the company's business strategies - A degree in computer science, mathematics, Operations, management or related field is required. - Problem solving attitude and first principle approach - Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach - Drive and hustle for continually developing and running processes efficiently - Excellent people skills, an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and apply cross functional mindset - Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast paced environment and having fun while doing so Regards Nisha Rana
