About the role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform. You will also work closely with our sales and product teams to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. This is a high stake, client facing role that entails revenue responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high portfolio of corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact, driving product adoption and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform
- Identify new opportunities for growth and upsell, working closely with our sales team
- Collaborate with our product team to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements based on client feedback
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns
- Develop and deliver client training and education programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a top institute with 4-7 years of experience in a client-facing role in Travel/Hotel Industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Experience working with technology platforms and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
