Founded in 2014, FabHotels is a technology-driven budget hotel franchise brand. We currently operate 10000+ rooms across 500+ franchise hotels in 50+ major cities across India. We are headquartered in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR and have teams across multiple cities in India. FabHotels counts marquee investors such as Goldman Sachs and Accel Partners among its backers. We are aiming to become India's largest and most profitable hospitality brand in the next 18-24 months. The team at FabHotels comes from super diverse backgrounds strategy consulting to private equity to consumer internet to ex-entrepreneurs. We are young, relentless and hungry.

Education - BE/ B.Tech from a Tier 1/2 college (Batch 2016-2018) can apply. Freshers from Pedigree college can also apply.
Responsibilities :
1. Own and manage the revenue for a given portfolio of inventory eventually optimizing their profit & Loss statement
2. Effectively generate & manage demand, & develop an overall pricing strategy, category management for the region
3. Ensure effective pricing strategies are in place to reflect asset strength relative to the competition and specific market conditions.
4. Coordinate with Sales, Operations & Marketing team to ensure performance & quality for all business aspects of your portfolio
5. Proactively identify soft spot/need periods for Revenue; work in cooperation with regional teams as well
6. Provide revenue management strategic vision & insights during pricing meetings / cluster-sync.
