The Head of Business Development at Fabheads is a dynamic and fast-paced job. The position requires you to steer the company's business and portfolio expansion. You will have to be up to date on the current affairs of the industry. A clear and deep understanding of our processes and technology is required to guide and sell the best possible service to the customer.
Job Roles :
- The job role involves heading the business development of manufacturing services in the Aerospace and defense sector
- Understand client requirements and come up with proposals
- Increase revenue of the company by increasing the customer base
- Build short term and long term client acquisition strategies for the company
- Build a bigger and expanding customer portfolio across industries, adding new clients and conversions
- Bring in strategic partnership and develop tie-ups to enhance revenue
- Submit proposal with competitive costings and lead times while choosing the best possible technology offering
Required :
- Good knowledge network connections in Aerospace, Defence, the Composites industry
- Clear and deep understanding of 3D printing, composites technology and capacity to learn new technology will be a plus
- Be a people's person who can connect and build quality relationship with clients
- Persistent, Consistent and accountable in their actions and efforts
