F&A Transition Manager - BPO

At least 7 yrs+ of overall experience

- MBA (Specialization in Finance would be preferred) / CA/ ICWA

- Experience in the BPO industry - in Transitions and Project Management in F&A would be strong plus

- Prior experience in the Finance & Accounting Transitions domain would be an added advantage

- PMP Certification - desirable

- Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and written.

- A good understanding and grasp of Project Management tools (Esp MS Project) and practices

- Should be extremely facts and data oriented

- Should be deadline and closure oriented

- High Energy Levels. Should be Self driven.

- Ability to think out of the box - Creative
