CTC on offer: Upto 6.5 Lacs per annum (fixed)

Job Description

Position Responsibilities

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements basis.

- Indian and US GAAP and ensuring appropriate expense accruals.

- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information to Partners.

- Managing Fixed Asset accounting & Lease accounting basis Indian and US GAAP. Handling Fixed asset register, coordinating physical verification exercise etc.

- Ensuring compliance with Inter JV pricing agreement, Managing accounting of Inter company transactions & reconciliation.

- Conducting Balance sheet reviews to ensure adequate business controls and better working capital management

- Managing outsourced activities with consultants like Statutory auditors,Internal Auditors, C&AG, Actuarial Valuation firms, Physical verification firm.

Skills Sets Required

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

- Good knowledge of Oracle.

- Good Communication & Presentation skills

- Team management skills.

Must have Qualification -

- Chartered Accountant with full time articleship training.
