Core Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the Revenue targets of the Company and Revenue growth plans.
2. Key account development and management. Strategic tie-up with the Key Influencers of the business, like; PMC, facility managers, FMC, HSE professionals, etc.
3. Manage and oversee the work of BD team. Review metrics and mentor.
4. Coach, train, evaluate and monitor performance of field sales personnel.
5. Encourage open-communication culture by integrating teams of Inside Sales, Field Sales, Pre Sales and Operations.
Day to Day Responsibilities :
6. To demonstrate the ability to interact, coordinate and cooperate with all departments in the company.
7. A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities and status of existing opportunities.
8. Motivating the team daily to maximize performance efficiency.
9. Ensuring compliance to internal sales processes
10. To build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on delivery to customers, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
