Role Description:
- The Solution Consultant is responsible for working with Ezetap sales teams to communicate and demonstrate the unique and critical business value that Ezetap presents to our clients in achieving their business goals.
- The Solution Consultant will work with the enterprise sales account executives to identify customer business goals and challenges, determine customer requirements, quantify Ezetap business value and coordinate with the Sales & Engineering team to deliver executive level, compelling and differentiating presentations/demonstrations.
- Ultimately this team is an important part of ensuring our customers and their customers have an incredible Customer experience.
As a Solution Consultant, a typical day might include:
1. Reviewing sales opportunities with account executives to prepare for customer engagements including discovery, executive presentations and demonstrations.
2. Collaborating with Ezetap Engineering & Marketing team to help drive compelling customer facing messaging and strategy.
3. Meeting with prospective and existing clients to present/communicate our unique value proposition to ensure we are achieving expectations and continuing to move forward in the sales process.
4. Participating in high profile enterprise sales campaigns to drive decision criteria, capture business and operational needs and quantify the business value of Ezetap solutions.
This job might be for you if:
1. You have 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role as a solutions consultant selling enterprise software.
2. You pride yourself on your ability to leverage your industry knowledge and background, communication skills and experience presenting a compelling value proposition to executive audiences to drive sales revenue and build raving fan customers references.
3. High energy level and ability to work independently.
