Ezetap - Solution Consultant

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gain an understanding of Ezetap's product suite and roadmap and chart to multiple bank's offerings and stated needs

- Communicate regularly with product and engineering team at Ezetap to understand plans and progress of product / solutions initiatives

- For potential mutual opportunities between the bank and Ezetap influence product roadmaps on both sides to pursue stated opportunity

- Meet bank technical and product teams regularly and keep a pulse on bank priorities and their changes

- Proactive communicator to bank teams - ensuring they are aware of changes in product delivery plans

- Work with sales team to review account opportunities and influence sales process to leverage the best of Ezetap's product suite and solutions offerings

- Meet with existing and prospective customers to communicate / present Ezetap's unique value proposition during executive presentations, demonstrations and solution discovery sessions

- Work with Ezetap product and engineering teams to implement proposed solutions and with customer success team for deployment of the same to customers

Here is what we need you to have:

- Outstanding communication skills - someone who does not let geographical distances create any communication gaps

- Influencing skills - inspire movement and evangelize opportunity areas in bank and Ezetap

- Hands on technology practitioner - get your hands dirty with APIs, technical definitions and stitching solutions between partner ecosystems

- Pre-sales or technical consulting experience with enterprise software, preferably in a product company

- Ideally past experience with a fintech company where you had exposure to banks or have worked in the product team of a bank - not a requirement
