We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our campaigns across all channels.  Your Roles and Responsibilities :  - Define and deliver powerful go-to-market campaigns for our various solutions. Own execution of marketing campaigns across all stages including ideation, creation of collaterals, and distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.  - Passion for brand building and creativity are required for this role. Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results is a strong requirement.  - Plan and execute relevant SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns  - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  - Develop and deliver the marketing plan that will meet business objectives.  - Develop and manage a media growth strategy, which includes a detailed roadmap for key territories  - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights  - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience  - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points  - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels  - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners   Here is what you need to have :  - 2 - 4 years proven working experience in marketing  - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns  - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising offline/digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate  - Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels  - Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) preferred  - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints preferred  - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking  - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
