Revenue Management Head - Hotels & Alternative Accommodations
- A seasoned Revenue Management Professional
- Responsible for the P&L of the Accommodation vertical
- Creating the overall business strategy for the Accommodation vertical and executing this along with the core team
- Responsible for the content strategy, sourcing relevant 3rd part aggregators to build relevant and comprehensive content
- Catering to B2B and B2C customers in markets including China, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Middle East and South Africa; building content for customers traveling outbound and domestic in these markets
- Creating a contracting plan and owning key contracts directly with hotel chains and independent hotels that would be part of the top hotels sold for each source market
- Negotiating long term and periodic incentives / payouts with aggregators and direct contracts
- Responsibility for maintaining competitive and aggressive pricing
- Responsible for working with content loading team for up-dation of the extranet for rates and the hotel static content including functions like hotel mapping etc
- Steering the business to deliver as per volume targets agreed with suppliers
- Ownership of the online product for Accommodation across channels and geographies including the B2B and B2C platform
- Responsible for the evolution of the online platform and creating the road map for new features, functionality and suppliers that need to be integrated into the online platform
- Managing a team of contractors across geographies and business analysts etc that will be part of the core team
- Working closely with all internal stake holders including business heads, regional heads and sales heads across geographies to drive the Accommodation business for Ezeego1 across geographies
