- Independently ideating annual PR plans, strategic publicity campaigns and brand positioning plan for clients, as well as developing media campaigns
- Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivating new contacts within business and industry media
- Evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship, advertising and other associations profitable to the client on an ongoing basis
- Maintaining a keen understanding of Industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Planning and supporting clients during industry trade shows, events and conferences will initiate industry articles, proactively pitch for stories, creating out of box content, organize a photo shoot.
- Creation of press releases from time to time, coordinating with media for responding to their queries and media tie ups
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of PR and communication programs and Prepare reports
- Initiating Media FAMs strategically
- Initiating and pitching profiling opportunities for the spokesperson and participating in industry stories
- Initiating innovative marketing and cross promotion opportunities for the client and leveraging the same
- Coordinating with celebrity management companies and seeking opportunity for celebrity integration
- Drafting responses on behalf of the client with key messages and coordinating client interviews
- Working closely with the marketing team and promoting the marketing initiates in the media
- Co-ordination with social media agency with regard to the monthly plan and ideating with them for digital opportunities
- Draft speeches for the spokesperson and train them on Do's and Don't
- Fix up bridge building meetings for the client and regularly update the media on the current and upcoming developments.
