Job Summary :
- Responsible for closing all open positions within the service line with in TAT and defined cost structure
- Interact with the hiring managers and understand the business requirements
- Source profiles through various channels for effective closure of open positions
- Conducting effective HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers locally and globally
- Offer management and Post offer management
- On-boarding / Off Boarding
- Data management & reporting
- Prefer people from Tier -1 Institutes
Essential Functions of the Job :
- As an individual contributor will be responsible for end to end recruitment delivery across levels within the service line.
- Conduct discussions with hiring managers to understand the position requirements and propose potential hiring solutions
- Guide the hiring manager on policies and drive the process, sourcing/ screening by utilizing various channels based on requirements
- Interact with candidates, conduct screening and HR interview
- Schedule candidate interviews with hiring manager and other stakeholders
- Extend offers and negotiate (as/ when needed) with candidates
- Ensuring closing all the requirements within timelines and ensuring that we meet our time to fill
- Participate in process improvement efforts for continued client satisfaction and contribute to the team and process success by sharing ideas, recruitment best practices
- Day to day tracking and submitting data / reports to be shared with the leadership and other key stakeholders
