About Corporate Finance Strategy Team Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) is the strategy consulting arm of EY focused on delivering strategic insights for corporate and Private Equity clients. It is a part of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and serves clients across sectors like telecom, technology, internet, consumer, infrastructure, education, life sciences, etc. Example of work includes: - Commercial due diligence for top PE funds in India, South East Asia, US - Business strategy and growth planning for CXOs around commercial transformation, product strategy, M&A and new technology innovations - Advise large corporates on new market entry, project/ investment feasibility, business plan evaluation. Academic Qualification: MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with a good academic background Location: Mumbai Experience: 3 to 7 years (Designation will be decided on the basis of your experience and performance during the interview) Preferred: Professional experience in consulting firms, go to market strategy, strategy consulting. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills and it will evolve from engagement delivery to engagement management over time.
