About TAS - Restructuring Team:

We are looking for people in the Restructuring Team within TAS. The Restructuring practice is a focused advisory service targeted towards stressed/ distressed situations and involves Independent Business Reviews for key stakeholders and Operational Restructuring/ Turnaround Management of such stressed/distressed companies. EY has over 900 Restructuring Professional across the world and over 15 in India.

Preferred:

- Excellent financial modelling and financial analysis skills.

- Excellent report writing skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a competitive environment and produce high-quality output

- Exceptional Commercial Acumen and Strong Analytical Skills

- Project Management experience in complex environments

Roles/Responsibilities

1. Key role in client service delivery. Act as a Trusted Business Advisor & Build Relationships.

- Lead on-field work on Independent Business Reviews in Stressed/ Distressed situations

- Participate in delivery of Operational Restructuring/ Turnaround Advisory Engagements

- Participate in advising clients on strategic issues and understanding client's needs

2. Independently lead and coordinate the planning and management of small/ medium assignments, with a focus on

- Pricing, Billing & Recovery

- Maximizing fee opportunities

3. Risk Management

- Develop and implement risk management strategies, plans and activities with minimal partner involvement

- Manage sensitive and high level risk issues

- Proactively resolve (with Partner support) risk issues in delivering service to clients

4. Knowledge Management

- Champion knowledge sharing efforts, review and continually improve processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
