We are looking for training and IEC expert having experience with Government clients. The role requires working with Government clients to provide training, capacity building, IEC activities in Agri related projects for the state government.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating existing training and development programs.
- Revising, modifying, and updating training materials.
- Collaborating with internal departments to develop training materials that achieve defined learning outcomes.
- Creating course materials and teaching aids that support content delivery and skills assessments.
- Deploying feedback tools to assess the effectiveness of the curriculum.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- More than 7 years' experience in Training, Capacity Building, IEC activities in a large community driven Govt initiatives is a must.
- Should have been proven experience in undertaking training needs assessment (TNA) of various stakeholders, preparation training calendar.
- Preparation of training modules and undertake Training of Trainers (TOTs) and effective use of cascading training methods, using participatory training approaches.
- Should be good of designing IEC material for community outreach/ community engagement.
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM or equivalent including masters in extension or communication.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
