EY - Textile Sector Expert - Government Advisory

EY LLP is looking for Textile Sector Expert with experience of working with National and State Government, ministries and department.

About Project:

Government is planning to set up the Textile Parks in different states to help India in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 9, to develop integrated large scale and modern industrial infrastructure facility for entire value-chain of the textile industry, to reduce logistics costs and improve competitiveness of Indian Textiles and to attract investments, boosting employment generation and strong position in the global textile market.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Support on evaluation of proposals from States/UTs, Business Case, Cost estimates, Project execution/investment attraction & facilitation strategy, Implementation plan, Investment facilitation, MoU's/ documents for procurement of Master Developers/ investors, Concession Agreements, project management, monitoring, evaluation, economic 'impact assessment and investor outreach.

Mandatory Requirement:

- 10 years of working in the textile sector, including 5 years in advisory role for government projects

- Understand the complete project lifecycle for setting up of textile park

Desired Qualification:

- Should have worked on a minimum of 2 assignments related to textiles sector with government.
