You will play a crucial role in driving transformation through innovative digital solutions for government initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage large-scale IT/e-Governance projects with government clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. - Develop comprehensive Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and proposals for government initiatives. - Drive the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including preparing RFPs, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor onboarding. - Manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including government officials, vendors, and internal teams. - Oversee and monitor project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets. - Lead the vendor management process, ensuring efficient performance, quality control, and risk mitigation. - Provide strategic consulting and advisory services to government clients on technology implementation, process improvement, and digital transformation. - Ensure compliance with government regulations, procurement guidelines, and IT governance policies.
