EY GDS INDIA is conducting a walkin drive for the below skill   Drive location ; Chennai  Job location : Cochin   Date : 22nd October   Experience :  Post Graduates with 7+ years relevant work experience in project management, executive reporting, analysis, industry knowledge, business planning and stakeholder management.   Position summary :  - GDS Sector Enablement Manager would be working for EY Global Industry team and aligned to a group of complementary sectors clustered together.   - He/she will act as first point of contact from GDS for Strategic Operations Leaders (SOLs) and sector team.   - Working with the SOLs and other key stakeholders of Global Sector, Sector Enablement Manager would be responsible for delivering high quality support in strategic execution of sector priorities and managing operational processes.   - This person will need to demonstrate strong commercial and operational acumen with expertise in project management and business operations.   - He/she will build a strong knowledge of sector and take the ownership for deliverables of a team of sector coordinators aligned to specific sectors and coach them on sector trends and best practices.  - Sector Enablement Manager will build relationship across sector stakeholders and global support functions to enable the smoother functioning of sector administrative and compliance activities.   Key responsibilities :  Strategic Execution and Market Performance Reporting :  - Coordination of sector execution plan, operationalize the plan, monitor outcomes, impact and progress liaising with the sector team members (e.g. BMC, Knowledge)   - Manage Sector reporting on key performance indicators, perform extensive analysis and highlight key trends on gaps and opportunities for sector.   Operations and Compliance Activities :  - Supports SOLs in annual budget planning process and proactively track and report trends on spends against agreed strategic initiatives throughout the year. Perform monthly review with Industry Central Ops and coordinate with sector team to fix issues.   - Support the Most Likely Outcome (MLO) exercise in mid-year and based on the understanding of the priorities of the sector from SOLs and sector team, he/she would highlight the need of additional budget from different sectors. In a mature state, Sector Enablement Manager may also be asked to recommend realignment of budget.   - Develop a strong understanding of EY Contracting and Business Relationship Evaluation Tool (BRET) processes and handle queries from the Sector Coordination, BRET, Procurement, legal team and coordinate with them when required. Act as a mentor for Sector team and liaise with vendor when required   - Establish controls and protocols and help sector achieve operational excellence in the invoicing and event approval process.   - To liaise and work with SOLs to scope new support requirements, build processes for the execution of sector operations tasks, and ensure effective transition of work to the remote GSS support platform   - Drive knowledge sharing, process documentation and identification of best practice   - Co-ordination, supervision, and development of a team of sector coordinators (associates and sr. associates)   - Communications and Networking   - Manages internal communications to build sector team connectivity [newsletters, yammer community, CHS/Share point sites, etc.]   - Onboarding of new team members into sectors on internal team dynamics and collaboration with GDS teams.   - Facilitate networking between sector coordinators and support functions like creative agency to enable processes like document creation, designing needs of sector etc.   Skills & Attributes :   - Ability to develop robust and enduring client and stakeholder relationships   - Demonstrates effective decision making   - Articulates concisely and uses outstanding speaking and writing skills that enhance audience understanding and encourage collaboration   - Able to present to teams/groups of people and structure key messages and communicate points of view   Advance communication skills - Written and verbal   Demonstrates business acumen and builds EY brand   - Demonstrates an understanding of EY's business   - Promotes exceptional client service by being connected, responsive and insightful   - Demonstrates ability to convert abstract concepts into meaningful deliverables   Promotes people engagement and teaming :  - Demonstrates self-awareness when interacting with colleagues, and adapts to the individual style of others   - Navigates across functions to gain collaboration on projects   Drives quality and effective risk management   - Takes proactive lead for ensuring team complies with EY's legal and risk obligations   - Anticipates issues and considers alternatives before presenting work or ideas to leadership   Realizes operational excellence :  - Demonstrates and is recognised for progressive thinking in the field of process improvement   Qualification & Experience :   - Post Graduates with 7+ years relevant work experience in project management, executive reporting, analysis, industry knowledge, business planning and stakeholder management.   - Experience of interacting with geographically dispersed professionals strongly preferred   - Understanding of business research/data analysis concepts across sectors and companies - strong experience in one or more sector/s   - Professional service industry experience or internal/external client serving experience preferred
