The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Oversight and Management of institutional and workplace investing clients revenue billing process
- Closely liaising with sales teams, Client service managers and Relationship directors to understand the fee arrangements agreed for new clients
- RAG assessment by doing a feasibility check on the complexity of fee arrangement offered
- Continuous monitoring of Billing KRAs
- Acting as one point of contact for billing process across multiple channels
- General Ledger accounting- Perform regular month end accruals and reconciliation process
- Support key finance KPI reporting and regulatory reporting
- Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliations on AssureNet and ensure timely clearance of open items
- Connect over stakeholder forums and oversight meetings
- Support audit and year end books closure for the company's group
Change Management:
- Assist with various upcoming projects
- Regular connect with various upstream and downstream system/technology teams to communicate ongoing billing related changes and supporting end to end automation
- Impact assessment and support on company's wide projects
Team Management:
- Ensuring frequent catchups and feedback sessions with the team
- Responsible for performance reviews and appraisals for the team
- Building trust and empathy within the team and enhancing team collaboration

Experience and Qualifications Required:
- CA / MBA Finance with up 7-9 years of relevant work experience in Finance with exposure to accounting, data analytics and reporting.
- Prior experience in O2C and AR roles would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills including knowledge of accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office software packages; Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Shows attention to detail and an appetite to dive into issues in depth as needed
- Collaborative approach to develop, share, accept and implementation of ideas
- Identify opportunities & implement solutions to improve process
- Drive change projects within the process
