Position: Consultant/ Senior Consultant

Location: Jaipur

Prerequisite: prior working experience in Government consulting domain; and relocation to Jaipur

Key responsibilities

- Develop, implement and deliver various consulting projects related to government consulting including but not limited to economic development, policy advocacy, strategy formulation, analytics and market strategy etc. at various locations in India

- Assisting the State Government in enabling ease of doing business through single window system

- Facilitate the State to score higher and become much more competitive on not just national but at an international level

- Examining the current policy, institutional and regulatory environment, regulatory interfaces, practices and processes for investors and businesses throughout the lifecycle of a business entity

- Identifying key bottlenecks impacting the ease of doing business and the business environment in Rajasthan, etc.

- Develop concept notes on various flagship initiatives of Government

- Promoting and branding Rajasthan to prospective investors through various high level events (For e.g. World Economic Forum, Davos)

- Creating presentation for various roadshows (both domestic and international) for investment promotion

- Organizing/coordinating meetings with both domestic and international investors

- Advising state on best practices/policy formulations regarding investment promotion, etc.

- Identify, track, pursue and write the EoIs/proposals for the government and donor community opportunities and ensuring proper submission

Eligibility:

- Excellent writers, preferably with strong track record of writing winning proposals; preferably good strategic thinkers

- Excellent presentation skills

- Have or quickly obtain a good internal network and knowledge of relevant capabilities, personnel etc;

- Good understanding of government and donor community bidding process and standard templates

- Understand the priority areas of government/donor community accounts and map our services for maximizing penetration.

- Understanding of consulting business and trends of the industry

- Knowledge of working of management consulting firms and experience on multiple donor funded assignments is desirable
