Senior Manager/Manager - People Advisory Services - Technology/Media/Telecom
Role:
Build/ strengthen presence in the Technology sector through delivery of large transformation mandates across HR and People Supply Chain functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver transformation mandates across key Technology clients
- Grow the Technology revenue through focus on new client acquisition
- Enable development of solutions/ offering portfolio for Tier I and Tier II Tech Clients
- Build internal team capability and understanding of the Technology Sector
- Build internal repository/ knowledge of best practices, metrics from key Tech industry leaders
- Establish network of associates/ SMRs/ contractual employees to serve on specialized areas
Profile & Skills:
- Understanding of Technology industry - business, talent supply chain and HR
- Experience of CoE/ People Supply Chain/ HRBP roles in Technology organizations - CTS, TCS, Infosys, Wipro
- Experience of transformation/ strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, PMS, rewards, HRIT etc.
- Business acumen and logical thinking
- Consulting experience will be a 'good to have'
