Roles & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Business Consulting Learning Senior Manager/Lead will be to work back with the overall Consulting Service Line Learning Leader to lead the design and delivery of the technical learning agenda for our Business Consulting practice.
This includes:
- Understanding the overall Risk & Performance Improvement (PI) business landscape at EY
- Having meaningful interactions with the solution leaders/partners to advise them on relevant learning solutions for their team and build stakeholder relationships.
- Becoming a trusted learning advisor for leaders in Business Consulting
- Design and lead the overall technical curriculum
- Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&D Plan
- Planning and managing the budget aligned to all business consulting learning initiatives
