Position : Summary The position is for a team within EY GDS Creative Agency. The candidate will be supporting the US FSO BMC team, and will be working with the social media marketing teams in the US to support social media activities for the region.
Technical Skills/Tools Requirement Essential - 5-7 years experience in the B2B social media relations - digital or social media agency expertise desired and in-house ideal
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level
- Outstanding written and oral communications
- Strong digital media execution skills
- Experience in managing internal support networks
- Experience in working with a global brand
- MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, basic Excel
- Experience of working in Big 4 or any other consulting firms will be given preference
Desirable Digital marketing experience
Essential - Work closely with the US FSO marketing teams to conceptualize the social media road map
- Play an active role on the team, suggesting creative ideas and components for programs and initiatives
- Work with the US and Global Social Media team to understand best practices and align FSO plans to global policies and plans
- Work with the Global Media Relations and Social Media teams with stats and measurement of all programs, via Sysomos, Sprinklr or other tools
- Should be able to work with minimal guidance
- Should have good experience of working in US English
- Should be able to produce excellent and engaging social media copy under pressure
- Provide support for both paid and organic campaigns across social
- Create and manage social media dashboards in line with business needs and the global KPIs
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all deliverables, including stakeholder communications, and measurement and status reports
- Advice on social media best practices, trends, technologies and how to provide data-driven insights
- Drive innovation in the social space and sell ideas of new approaches and ideas internally
- Support firm brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelines
- Should be eager and a fast learner who is willing to expand on core skills
- Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high quality

Deliverable - Skill set evaluation comparison
This initiative of skill set evaluation will be rolled out only for the Operations team at this point. Screening by the recruitment team using this evaluation matrix and interview questionnaire will be done during the next phase which would be post the successful implementation of the initiative across all the operations team within BCS.
