EY - Senior Consultant- Strategy & Transactions - Government & Public Sector (Healthcare Infrastructure preferable)

The opportunity: EY is looking to hire a Senior Consultant in the domain of Strategy & Transaction who will be managing PPP Transaction advisory projects for its Government and Public Sector practice.

Your key responsibilities:

- Lead in formulating strategies and operational programs for public sector development and PPP promotion in preferably Health Infrastructure.

- Department, and in consultation with relevant government agencies.

- Participate in the preparation of Private Partnership Strategy (PPPs) and annual business plans and economic, thematic and sector work undertaken by sector divisions.

- Liaise with SPOCs in the preparation of private sector assessments for PPPs, and for identification of common work initiatives.

- Project appraisal, Project budgeting and preparation of Agreements - Responsible for Bid Process Management and preparation of Technical and Financial proposals in response to Govt. RFPs/ Tenders

- Conduct policy dialogue with Governments, development partners, the private sector, and other stakeholders to identify and address challenges to scaling up private sector development and PPPs in preferably Health Infrastructure domain.

- PPP Transaction Advisory providing Review and Complete Assessment of Assets, preparing Financial Models and Technical Feasibility Reports, assessing project viability and PPP structuring options, Identification of project risks and allocation

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- MBA or Masters from a reputed and premium institute

- 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure sector covering policy formulation, PPP transaction advisory, institutional strengthening, financial modelling, financial viability assessment of Infra projects.

- Experience of working with state/central government is critical.

- Must have worked with large scale project.

- Experience in Government and public sector is favorable for the position
