- Lead product roadmap development, targeted at users in specific region; Retail domain experience is preferred - Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, design and research to align on the plan - Assess product & experience gaps in region vs. competition - Define and highlight market differentiators in our products with respect to local competition - Build a portfolio framework and storyline to anchor feature planning at each release - Co-develop user scenarios and product requirements for feature planning and execution - Own and deliver the roadmap to executives and key stakeholders to obtain their support - Drive user studies, market perception research, competitive analysis, market opportunity analysis, so that the strategy is solidly justified - Be a great communicator and listener to gain endorsement - Should have strong project delivery experience as well - Project scoping, planning & execution - Should demonstrate knowledge on Agile framework / Scrum
