EY - Senior Consultant/Manager - Innovation/Trade Promotion

We are looking for experienced Professionals to join our Government & Public Sector (GPS) Consulting team. This role involves working closely with government bodies, industry leaders, and international stakeholders to drive large-scale transformation projects in Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Lead and manage projects focused on technology policy, cities as growth engines, industrial development, economic growth, and international engagement.

- Collaborate with senior government officials and industry leaders to implement strategic initiatives.

- Develop and execute frameworks that enhance existing ecosystems and introduce innovative projects for stakeholder growth.

Client Engagement:

- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships.

- Design and recommend new programs, initiatives, and best practices aligned with client goals.

- Anticipate project challenges and provide strategic solutions to meet client objectives.

Research & Thought Leadership:

- Conduct research on emerging trends, policy developments, and global best practices in industrial and technology policy.

- Produce thought leadership articles, innovation reports, and strategic documents for both clients and internal use.

- Contribute to the organizations knowledge base, sharing insights with the team.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech/B.E/MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier institution

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in government consulting, with a focus on trade promotion, industrial parks, EODB and economic development.

Government Engagement: Experience working with Central and State Governments (e.g., MeiTY, DPIIT, NITI Aayog, state governments including Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Kerala, UP).

Leadership: Proven track record in leading consulting teams in Big 4 or similar organizations.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in Kannada is an advantage.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
