As a member of the PAS team focused on HR and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support the design and implementation of HR operating models and organizational structures, improve HR process efficiency, manage people risks, support change efforts to help organizations to successfully transition to a future state, and advise organizations on a range of challenges that are associated with a merger, acquisition, divestiture and/or carve-out.

Your key responsibilities
- Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with client counterparts to understand project requirements and ensure objectives align with strategic business goals
- Communicate client expectations to EY team and suggest ideas, roadmap accordingly
- Assume ownership for project deliverables and seek clarity from client whenever required
- Assist EY PAS team with successful delivery of projects for clients

To qualify for the role you must have
- A post graduate degree preferably MBA or PGDM from a recognized institute.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in HR role (Talent Aquisition, Organization structuring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management etc.)
