CA with minimum 3 - 4 years- experience in Finance MIS/ FP & A Role
Candidate should have a good understanding of Financial Accounting as this role will involve coordinating with the Central Finance team.
Computer Knowledge
Work / Role involves high involvement of XL, Powerpoint and MS Word
Should have advanced knowledge and experience of working on XL and Powerpoint.
Should have worked on large databases
Knowledge of Macros and VBA would be a plus

Eye for detail, hardworking and Good Team player.
Should have the capability to coordinate with various stakeholders for inputs, reports, submissions etc
Role involves
- Weekly reporting of Numbers and Critical Analysis of performance by Sub Service Lines / (Business Units)
- Work involves a lot of Analysis / tracking weekly revenues / Business Units
- Preparing and automating management dashboards
- Participate in the Annual Planning Budgeting (Service lines, Solutions, Locations, Sectors)
- Coordinating and engaging with FMA team and Engagement Manager / Partner to understand

- Billing of Inventory
- Reviewing hours charged, expense spends, billings, AR recovery etc.
- Preparing presentations for Quarterly / Mid year / Annual Project Performance Reviews
- Preparing Accountwise performance summaries for key accounts
- Tracking and monitoring AR and WIP aging with follow up account managers and partners
- Preparing adhoc reports for Partners / SM's / AD's / Managers
- High pressure / Quick turnaround / Task oriented responsibility
