- B.Tech or Masters in Statistics/Economics from top tier colleges + 4 to 6 years analytics

- Hands-on experience in one or more Statistics tool - SPSS, R, SAS

- Statistical modeling (Logistic / Linear regression, GLM modeling, Time-series forecasting, Scorecard development etc)

- Data mining experience - Clustering, Segmentation

- Excellent communication skills
