Senior Consultant - Agriculture Sector - Jammu & Kashmir

Responsibilities:

- Develop a good working relationship and knowledge of the partner portfolio to identify strengths, capacities, needs, and potentials.

- Is the first point of contact for Projects programmes/projects to ensure smooth coordination and communication with partners, programmes and projects.

- Identify needs and support the Line Manager to organise training and capacity building for EY India partners and programmes.

- Liaise with project partners, consultants, advisors and co-workers who are connected to the respective projects under his/her portfolio in coordination with the Line Manager.

- Solicit partner feedback to improve support.

- Initiate and support development of innovative projects/ programmes

- Ensure partner and project data are managed in line with data protection rules, and that updated programme records are maintained and updated as per the organisational documentation procedures.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- More than 15 years of experience in relevant fields. Experience in project development and project handling would be desirable.

- Experience in managing /and allied projects is implementing Agriculture desirable.

- MSc in agriculture or allied sectors

Ideally, you'll also have :

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
