Your key responsibilities :
- Spearhead engagement teams executing WCAS which support key conclusions in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
- Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation
- Build relationships with EY offices across the globe, and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices
- Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products
- Provide insights\observations based upon the WC analytics, benchmarking
- Engage on larger TSE projects and develop ability to pitch for working capital diagnostics and optimization
- Ability to research the working capital using existing tool; develop expertise on various metrics and KPI
- Develop expertise on AP, AR and inventory optimization and comprehensive working capital analytics
- Big data analysis with extensive use of SQL/Power BI / Alteryx / VBA
- Collate the growing practices, develop expertise and mentor the junior members to deliver on high quality output on engagements
- Manage and expand the existing set of users and build strong engagement metrics
- Analysis of financial data sourced from financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support to EY teams through company profiling and benchmarking for different companies / industry sector

Skills and attributes for success :
- Have expert knowledge of MS Excel / Alteryx / Power BI with knowledge of preparing templates, graphs, charts, pivots, etc
- Should have worked with large data sets in Excel, Alteryx & Power BI
- Should have working experience on SQL server or similar database applications Should have expert knowledge of Power-point
- Should have experience in analyzing financial data sourced from financial statements and supporting schedules and should be able to write observations in reports based on the analysis
- Have an eye for detail and be able to add industry specific key performance indicators (KPI's) Reconcile reports and MS Excel workbooks created, before presenting to the client
- Knowledge of financial databases for benchmarking metrics of target with peers Work within the set timelines and communicate deviations/updates to GDS users
- Run medium to big size projects, Should be able to review the deliverable
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirement
To qualify for the role, you must have :
- Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute with 2-4 years of applicable industry / analytics and/or consulting experience
- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A
Ideally, you'll also have :
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
