Summary :
- As Risk Advisory Manager, you will actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. With the guidance of partners, directors and senior managers, you will identify potential business opportunities for EY.
- You will actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.
- In line with our commitment to quality, you will consistently drive projects to completion and confirm that work is of high quality.
- When working on engagements, you will report to higher levels of management, who will expect you to anticipate and identify risks, and raise any issues with them as appropriate.
- As an influential member of the team, you will help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.
Client Responsibilities :
- Participate in Risk transformation engagements
- Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
- Participate in business development initiatives along with client management and account management
- Build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other services across the organization
People Responsibilities :
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Risk Advisory professionals.
- Contribute towards building team competency for ERP and GRC.
- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all team members
- Participate in the organization-wide people initiatives
Mandatory Skills Requirements :
- 1012 years of implementation, advisory and auditing experience on ERP / GRC products and solutions.
- Thorough understanding of business processes and segregation of duty concepts in an ERP / GRC environment.
- Should have completed - 4 end to end implementations for ERP / GRC covering the detailed configuration settings for the relevant module.
- Knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance products.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in delivering and managing GRC solutions.
- Understanding of the dependencies and relationships between the GRC and other ERP modules
- Experience with configuration and support of GRC tools is preferred.
- Understanding of overall GRC architecture with general security is expected.
Preferred Skills Requirements :
- Demonstrated track record with a blue chip consulting organization and/or a blue chip organization
- Demonstrated experience in business development, client management and account management
- Strong academic record including a degree
- Relevant professional certifications for any GRC / ERP module certifications, CISA, PMP
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, MBA, MCA, MS
- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. with 10+ years of professional experience with other Big3 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies.
