Project Manager - Tech Implementation Lead

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical Implementation Lead and Project Manager. Our team works with clients across industries in the areas of automation, data science, analytics, and financial modelling.

The role and responsibilities would include leading teams and implementation projects on technologies like RPA, AI/ML along with client and stakeholder management. The individual should have strong leadership and communication skills, organization skills, and should be able to deliver under pressure.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Supervise and lead implementation and delivery of automation projects at clients.

- Identify automation opportunities in client processes and suggest process optimization and solutioning for revenue saving.

- Client and stakeholder management.

- PMO responsibilities would include project planning, collaborating with teams to ensure communication and timely completion of deliverables, establish a governance structure, track progress, share status updates, prioritization and delegation of work.

- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.

- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.

- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of industry experience.

- Experience in leading large teams.

- Technical skills - RPA (BluePrism, Automation Anywhere), AI/ML (python, Microsoft cognitive APIs), VB .NET, HTML, Django/Flask, MySQL, OracleDB, Mongo DB, Data structure, Azure DevOps

- Soft skills : Leadership skills, good written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, well organized, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.

- Education : MBA/BTech

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be an added advantage.
