Key Skills :

- Strong experience in leading regulatory transformation projects such as MiFID II, SFTR, SDR, EMIR, Back reporting

- Program manager - Shapes and leads programs

- Able to plan and manage complex projects or programs

- Develops and owns project or program work plans

- Excellent understanding of agile methodology and Transformation Framework

- Stakeholder management - Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP Certification

- Scrum Certification (Agile)

- Domain : Banking & Financial Services, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Asset and Wealth Management

Junior PM :

- Maintains projects / program plans,

- Tracks risks, assumptions and dependencies;

- Project management and administration

- Stakeholder management and meeting coordination

- PMO
