The Opportunity

EY's Economic Development Advisory team leverages global best practice methodologies to provide customized economic, policy and business advice to Governments and Corporate's around major economic development projects. Recognized nationally the team provide end to end consultancy across the investment climate value chain right from strategy/ vision policy development, simplification of procedures, investment attraction and grounding.

Your Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation of Business Reform Action Plan at State Level

- Analysis of recommendations for BRAP

- Identification & Mapping of departments associated with recommendations

- Study of prevailing procedures

- Handholding of Departments for implementation of State level BRAP

- Propose interventions for GPR basis on the gaps identified in the current process

- Monitoring delivery of services in defined time lines

- Preparation and Submission of supporting Documents for BRAP

- Coordination with DPIIT for BRAP Implementation

- Consultation with respective stakeholder departments and feedback review with the investor

- Support Department in drafting reports and presentations related to EODB

- Periodic workshop to be conducted with concerned Departments to discuss new strategies, their approach and methodology Support for augmenting feedback score

- Conduct Mock feedback survey and share results with Department

- Creation of Media awareness plan in consultation with departments

- Feedback awareness workshops to be conducted in Districts

- Compilation of Feedback data received from concerned Departments

- Analysis of Feedback survey and provide recommendations for improvement

- Coordinate and Support DPIIT for feedback data shared by concerned Department

- Development of Promotional Material for creating awareness for EODB Conference / Seminars

- Represent state in various Industry forums, inter- government summits, workshops and conferences related to EODB Deliverables

- Monthly & Quarterly Progress Reports

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Master's in Business Administration/ Accounting /Finance/Economics with minimum 8 years of total experience and minimum 4 years of experience in strategy/consulting/advisory

- Minimum 1 year experience of working in EODB/government reforms/strategy/consulting/advisory in State/Central Goverment

Ideally, you'll also have

- Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
