Manage Change Projects and Various interrelated deliverables
Manager Project initiation, scope definition, high level planning
Set up and run project governance
Design project delivery phasing with lead BA and IT teams
Partner with Stakeholders to define and agree strategy and drive implementation of requirements and associated solutions
Ensure deliverables are aligned to agreed architecture
Ensure senior stakeholders buy in and provide leadership, active sponsorship and represent the project in management forums
Ensure clear, succinct communication to senior stakeholders and the delivery team
Develop, implement and maintain the overall project plan and delivery against it into production
Manage project budgets and financials
Extensive front to back project delivery experience across the full life cycle in a banking environment or similar financial institution
Experience in managing stakeholders, business users, business analysts, test analysts and development team across multiple locations and time zones
Strong understanding of regulatory delivery programs, ideally in Risk and Finance
General experience:
- University degree in relevant subject ( maths/finance/tech etc)
- Knowledge of financial products and relevant regulation
- Extensive Knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience
