JOB Role :
- Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with client counterparts to understand project requirements and ensure objectives align with strategic business goals
- Communicate client expectations to EY team and suggest ideas, roadmap accordingly
- Assume ownership for project deliverables and seek clarity from client whenever required
- Assist EY PAS team with successful delivery of projects for clients
Professional/Academic Background :
- MBA (Tier 1 preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.)
- Engineering or Accounting Background from a Graduation standpoint would be a bonus
- Exp : 7-10 years
- Out of the above at least 3-5 years in front line People Consulting with experience in Sales and - Project Management
- Total Rewards consulting experience preferred
Skills Required :
- Strong understand of Total Rewards
- Consulting Sales
- Analytics
- Solutioning especially in the Total Rewards Space
- Executive Compensation (Would be a Bonus)
- Incentive Design (Long and Short Term Incentives) preferred
- Project Management
- Client Management
- Strong Communication skills
- Team management
Ideally you'll also have :
- Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- A network of strong C-Suite relationships
- High comfort in interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills and team building skills
