The opportunity :
EY India's GPS Market Segment - Strategy Office is responsible for driving the strategic projects that lead to growth and profitability for EY India's GPS business. They support the creation and implementation of business plans, strategy, and initiatives to meet employee, customer's and business needs.
You will play a key role in enabling decision making at the center. You will report directly to the Office Lead and drive deep thought and analytics to projects that touch multiple parts of the company.
You will get an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and inspire various internal stakeholders to realize GPS longer-term vision and goals. You will be working closely with the senior leaders from the business, exponentially improve your understanding of the consulting business as well as advance your network and your leadership, communication and entrepreneurial skills.
Your key responsibilities :
- Cross-functional collaboration : Business Partnership with the Sector and Solution leadership on key business and operational activities. Strong collaborative partnership with the Partners in driving Go-To-Market strategy, running key campaigns & identifying the target accounts.
- Leadership Reviews : Partner with the business leader, sector & solution partners and finance to develop operational goals & run monthly management cadence on business reviews.
- Market Intelligence : Market sizing, compete and key insights to pursuit teams on pricing decisions and deals. Work closely with the sector teams on opportunities to improve on the win-ratio.
- Sales Operations : Discipline around pipeline management, regular monitoring of the sales funnel and monthly MIS.
- Presentations and workshop ownership : Supporting and/ or leading multiple key presentations, scorecards, workshops, client visits. This will allow you to storyline, facilitate gathering of data and create presentations and execute workshops. either for internal reporting purposes (India region leaders and/ or Global teams) or Client's visits / pitches.
- Support and lead key projects : You will support the Director, Operations and/ or lead multiple strategic projects (Indian and Global projects) by helping in structuring & story lining the problem, overseeing deep analytics, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization and enabling implementation.

- Strategic thinking capability, with experience in analyzing and solving complex problems

- Ability to research and synthesize ideas to prepare well-structured storylines that deliver insights in an impactful manner
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Project management ability and high-quality execution focus
- High proficiency in PowerPoint & Word
- Ability to collaborate across levels and functions, demonstrating maturity and impeccable professionalism
To qualify for the role, you must have :
- MBA (IIM/Premier business School) with a good academic background
- At least 8 years of relevant post degree experience
Experience of either :
- Having worked for a consulting firm, and/or
- A corporate strategy role/ CEO/CFO/COO office and/or
- Leading and executing strategic projects for a large firm
