Job Title (Internal/External) : Manager - Managed Services - Forensics

Essentials :

- An ideal candidate would be such who has experience in working at GCCs / SSCs / Captives (experience in migrating/managing processes related to Compliance, legal, investigations will be an added advantage). The candidates with an experience from a consulting firm providing services to GCCs / SSCs / Captives of global companies may also be considered.

- Key experience in the pre sales/ BD provided to either financial services / non-financial services captives of global companies will be an added advantage

- Strong market network and relationship building skills with Global captives

- Leadership skills

Job Role :

1. Networking & Business development

- Assist in coordinating with the EY client accounts team and various global EY partners to identify key GCCs and the services that can be pitched to them under the managed services model.

- Assist in coordinating internally with EY India partners / directors nominated for handling particular GCCs to grow the GCC business in India

- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients

- Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals typically in relation to his service line

- Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally

2. Client Management

- Design the plan and scope for each such assignment in order to plan out the implementation of respective managed services including the transition phase as well as training and handover based on various target operating models.

- Designing the service delivery and pricing model based on client requirements and setup

- Assist in understanding various functions and sub-functions where the client needs assistance in setting up the managed service / solutions in its captives

- Lead and execute the setup of client engagements primarily in the areas of forensic services like Fraud investigations, Compliance risk and regulatory services, third party risk management and other related solutions

3. Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities

- Handle straightforward risk management issues.

- Takes on progressively greater risk management responsibility for high risk issues

- Is able to proactively resolve (with Partner support) risk issues in delivering service to clients

4. Knowledge Management

- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge

5. Team management

- Managing/ supervising teams of people on project work

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure

- Review work done by sub-ordinates (if any) and provide qualitative inputs before submission of deliverables to seniors/client (as the case may be)

- Sensitive towards EY code of conduct, values and quality standards

Academic Qualifications : CA / Engineer or MBA (only from a premier institute) with a good academic background

Experience: 5 - 8 years of relevant post qualification experience.

The candidate should have:

- Experience of at least 5-8 years in providing services / working at any global service delivery centres along with relevant business development acumen

- Experience in the consulting industry catering to managing / setting up of functions through a managed service model / offshoring

- Exhibit initiative and participate in corporate social and team events

- Exhibit flexibility to adapt to multiple cultures / sectors and display agility and diversity

- Demonstrate capability of being a 'quick learner' of business processes, models, EY methodologies with an analytical bend of mind

- Display a structured thought process and problem-solving skills. Ability to do problem break down and analysis

- Candidates should be willing to travel and relocate

- Flexibility to work back in teams with diverse background

- Good Interpersonal and communication skills

- IT Savvy
